What amazing customer service! My first ornament was lost by the post office. But as soon as I messaged the seller they were very helpful, and quickly sent a replacement ornament. They also checked in with the new shipping updates to keep me in the loop. The Rosalina ornament itself is sooo cute and is going to make an amazing personalized gift this holiday season.
